Understanding food toxins, label reading, what’s so bad about junk food, healthier options for everyday meals.
Our body and mind are constantly exposed to and bombarded with toxins on a daily basis. The food with eat, the air we breathe, the water we consume and the thoughts and emotions we entertain on a daily basis can play havoc with our health leading to major illnesses. In this workshop we will explore how our food supply and environment has become toxic and understand ways to minimize exposure to and consumption of obvious and hidden toxins. We will also understand the meaning of emotional well-being and its impact on overall health and how to combat toxic situations and emotions.
Principles of good grooming, grooming for success, dressing as per roles, goals and occasion. Nutrition and its impact on the health of young women. Addressing issues such as Anemia, Acne, Hairfall, Obesity, Anorexia, Fatigue.
The coaching that I received has helped me improve my health and outlook with better nutrition and lifestyle changes that are simple and easy to implement. I suffered from low energy, bloating, fatigue and mood swings. My moods have stabilized, I feel lighter and more energetic than before ! Thank you for the guidance that you provided me.
